In the beginning of May Hochschule Bremen had the pleasure of welcoming Prof. Carina Rodrigues from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança to Hochschule Bremen as part of the STARS EU alliance.
In her compelling talk on generative AI in healthcare, she addressed pressing ethical challenges, emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive and equitable implementation across diverse health systems.
The session underscored the importance of strengthening transnational and multi-professional collaboration and involving both students and clinical professionals early to ensure patient safety and develop responsible, forward-looking innovations. With its strong data protection standards, the European Commission provides a global benchmark.
