Participants will learn strategies to navigate cultural differences, foster collaboration, and address challenges like managing varied participation styles or resolving misunderstandings. Through real-life examples—such as responding to indirect feedback or adapting teaching approaches for high-context and low-context cultures—lecturers will build confidence in promoting a positive learning environment.
