Diverse and interdisciplinary networked for the topics of tomorrow. With its broad spectrum of subjects in five faculties and numerous institutes, the Hochschule Bremen bundles and networks its research and transfer activities on future social topics in six interdisciplinary and cross-faculty research clusters.
The six research clusters at the Hochschule Bremen stand for interdisciplinary and cross-faculty networking of competences and the development of solutions for social challenges together with cooperation partners.
The professors of the Hochschule Bremen have established research gropus and institutes in relevant research areas. In addition, the university cooperates closely and on a long-term basis with external scientific institutions in teaching and research. These associated institutes are independent institutions as defined in the Bremen Higher Education Act. All the research facilities are listed below according to their respective faculties:
