International strategic networks

  • STARS EU Together with HSB, 9 european universities in the Netherlands, Sweden, France, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Poland and Albania founded the STARS EU alliance. The abbreviation STARS EU stands for Strategic Alliance for Regional Transition European University. The funding is like a distinction for HSB: It is one of only eight Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) in Germany to receive EU-fundings from the "European Universities" programme.
     

  • UAS7 In the UAS7 network, the HSB is one of a total of 7 Universities of Applied Sciences (HAW) in Germany. They are all highly research-orientated and have a comparable international focus. Following the principle "Together we are stronger", the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Hochschule Bremen, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Munich University of Applied Sciences, Münster University of Applied Sciences and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences have formed a strategic alliance since 2005. Since then, they have further developed their cooperation in selected areas.
