Wohin entwickelt sich die Bremer Innenstadt? Welche Aufgaben kommen auf unsere Städte und Innenstädte zu? Können wir schon heute einen Blick in die Zukunft werfen, um die Weichen für eine Neuausrichtung von Planungzielen zu stellen? 20 Master-Studierende der Hochschule Bremen (HSB) und der Hochschule für Künste (HfK) beleuchten im Sommersemester 2021 im Kooperationsprojekt „Interspace – Die nachhaltige Stadt“ die multiplen Krisen und Chancen der Innenstadtentwicklung: geringe Aufenthaltsqualität, zu wenig Wohnraum, die Ausgestaltung der Verkehrswende und der Umgang mit zunehmendem Leerstand sind nur einige der Herausforderungen, mit denen sich die Studierenden Masterstudiengang „Architektur, Environmental Design M.A.“ der HSB und dem Masterstudio „Integriertes Design, System und Interaktion“ der HfK kritisch ausneinandersetzten. In interdisziplinären Teams haben die Studierenden zu diesen und weiteren Fragen konkrete Visionen und Konzeptvorschläge entwickelt.
