Zum intralaminaren Scherverhalten endlosfaserverstärkter Thermoplaste und dessen Quantifizierung

Endlosfaserverstärkte Thermoplaste bieten hohes Leichtbaupotential und können über eine Reihe verschiedener Umformverfahren singulär oder für Funktionsintegration in Kombination mit weiteren Prozessen wie dem Spritzguss in kurzen Zykluszeiten großserientauglich zu hoch performanten Bauteilen verarbeitet werden. Ein Hindernis für eine größere Marktverbreitung ist, neben oft hohen Halbzeugkosten, die noch unzureichende Prognostizierbarkeit des Materialverhaltens in der Umformsimulation, was ursächlich in unzureichenden Simulationsmethoden und unzureichenden Charakterisierungsmöglichkeiten der Umformeigenschaften dieser Materialgruppe begründet ist. Der aktuelle Fokus der Simulationsmethodenentwicklung liegt dabei auf mesoskopischen Ansätzen. Um die Lücke zwischen den Anforderungen der Simulationstrends und Materialcharakterisierung zu schließen, wurde der Scherrahmentest weiterentwickelt, um so auch mit einem vordergründig makroskopischen Prüfverfahren die mesoskopischen Deformationseigenschaften erschließen zu können.

Die Übertragung der Vorträge findet über das Video-Konferenz-System ZOOM statt. Für die Teilnahme bestehen zwei Möglichkeiten: (1) Internet-Browser (z.B. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge …) oder (2) zu installierender, kostenfreier Client.
