Den Sprung wagen: Der Karriereweg HAW-Professur

Die Hochschulen Bremen (HSB) und Bremerhaven informieren über Zugangswege und Voraussetzungen einer HAW-Professur.

Die Professur an einer Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW/FH) ermöglicht die eigene Schwerpunktsetzung in Forschung und/oder Lehre, verbindet wissenschaftliche Freiheit und institutionelle Sicherheit und erlaubt die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf. Für Nachwuchswissenschaftler:innen bietet der Karriereweg HAW-Professur damit besonders interessante Perspektiven. Wie aber werde ich Professor:in an einer HAW? Welche Voraussetzungen gibt es und was sollte ich bei einer Bewerbung beachten?

Diese Fragen möchten wir am Donnerstag, den 16. Mai 2024 im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Informationsveranstaltung der Hochschulen Bremen und Bremerhaven zusammen mit Ihnen beantworten. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Promovierende und Postdoktorand:innen aus der Region Bremen und Bremerhaven und wird gemeinsam mit Professor:innen beider Hochschulen durchgeführt. Erfahren Sie, wie vielfältig die Wege zu einer HAW-Professur sind, wie der Alltag einer/eines Professor:in aussieht und warum es sich vielleicht gerade deshalb für Sie lohnen könnte, den Sprung in die HAW-Professur zu wagen. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei, um Anmeldung wird gebeten. Sollten Sie an der Veranstaltung nicht teilnehmen können, aber dennoch interessiert sein, können Sie auf der Anmeldeseite Ihre E-Mail-Adresse hinterlassen, um im Nachgang Informationen zu erhalten.
