Aktuelle Herausforderungen in der maritimen Personalwirtschaft

18. Bremer Schifffahrtskongress 2024

Beim 18. Bremer Schifffahrtskongress, der wieder im AIR/PORT/LAB der Hochschule Bremen am Flughafendamm 40 in 28199 Bremen stattfinden wird, stehen „Aktuelle Herausforderungen der maritimen Personalwirtschaft“ im Vordergrund.

Keynotes und Workshops beschäftigen sich dabei mit den Themen: WellBeing in a maritime job, Employer Branding in der maritimen Wirtschaft, dem neuen Studienangebot „Master of Maritime Pilotage“, Internationale Perspektiven/Best Practice für die maritime Personalwirtschaft und KI in der maritimen Personalgewinnung.

Schwerpunkte der vertiefenden Workshops sind:

– Maritimes Recruiting

– Maritime Bedrohungen

– Alternative Kraftstoffe

Mit Impulsen aus der Praxis werden in den Workshops konkrete Projekte präsentiert und zur Diskussion gestellt.

Im Rahmen des Kongress vergibt das Deutsche Maritime Zentrum die Preise für den Wettbewerb „Hervorragende akademische maritime Lehre“

Mit ca. 150 Teilnahmen ist der Bremer Schifffahrtskongress das z. Z. einzige deutsche Forum dieser Größenordnung, das sich gezielt mit den aktuellen Herausforderungen der maritimen Personalwirtschaft beschäftigt.
