Our goal is to make your start as a lecturer at HSB as smooth as possible and to discuss university and media didactics topics with you. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to plan your teaching using helpful tools. In addition, the workshop provides an opportunity to network within HSB and get to know other teachers outside your own degree programme and faculty. This has already led to the development of many ideas for collaboration. Your (new) role as a teacher is also a topic of discussion. The regulations and customs of teaching at HSB are also important, especially for examinations.
It is important to us that you not only deal with the various university and media didactics topics theoretically or using examples in the workshop, but also work on your module in concrete terms. In this way, you will already complete part of your preparation in the workshop and receive feedback and tips from other teachers. In this way, we want to ensure the quality of teaching right from the start.
