I-PaCE Work Meeting in Bremen – Internationalization in the Final Phase

From September 8 to 12, 2025, the fourth and final working meeting for the I-PaCE (Internationalizing Practice in Civil Engineering) project was held at Bremen University of Applied Sciences. Together with our partners from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB, Portugal) and the Cracow University of Technology (CUT, Poland), we worked on finalizing the planned double degree master's program in civil engineering.

Double Degree Master's Program in Civil Engineering

The focus was on curricular structures for identifying possible collaborations in teaching and research. Another focus was on the application of AI tools for teaching. An excursion to the Klimahaus in Bremerhaven also provided valuable insights into the topics of sustainability and climate change.

A highlight was the joint dinner at the Bremer Ratskeller, which was also attended by industry partners and other project participants from HSB. All participants were very satisfied with the results and the intensive collaboration. The project will be completed at the end of December 2025.
