FutureNow! - Digital Symbiosis - Symposium & International Week 2025

Future Now! – Digital symbiosis for urban spaces: new digital tools, AI bots, and digital learning are encountering a wide variety of life scenarios. They are influencing changes in culture and urban spaces and creating interrelationships that can give rise to positive and negative hybrid practices.

This year's edition of the yearly symposium and the International Week consist of short talks, presentations and table discussions. It will take place as part of the Europe Weeks „Europawochen“ in the State of Bremen. The event will be held in English. The symposium on Wednesday, May 21st and the presentations on Friday, May, 23st in the inner city of Bremen are open to the public.

The hosts of the symposium and the International Week, Hochschule Bremen - City University of Applied Sciences, the M2C - Institut für angewandte Medienforschung Bremen, and the Digital Impact Lab Bremen are looking forward to seeing you there!

Hochschule Bremen - City University of Applied Sciences is hosting this year's International Week Computer Science and Digital Media from May 19th to 23rd. As part of International Week, the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science will host intensive courses for the International Women's Degree Programme in Computer Science B.Sc. (IFI) and the International Degree Programme in Media Computer Science B.Sc. (ISMI) with our teaching guests:
