HSB is constantly working to improve its academic offerings and to adapt its degree programs as effectively as possible to changes in the job market, including in the academic continuing education programs offered by the International Graduate Center (IGC).
One of the MBA programs at the IGC—in this case, the “MBA in European/Asian Management” (EAM)—was revised and optimized in 2026.
As part of this further development, the program was given a new title: “MBA in Executive Management” (MXM). The name change takes effect starting in the winter semester. Approval from the Senate was granted in August.
This MBA is a practice-oriented, international MBA for experienced young professionals with a non-business academic background and leadership aspirations. The skills acquired qualify graduates for demanding management tasks, known as “executive functions.”
