Engineering and Management of Space Systems
Model-driven Engineering is very important in the context of Systems Engineering. Engineers need to develop calculation models for what they intend to design/construct, although it is not existing yet. There are many different types of models existing. Making no claims of being complete, this presentation will give an introduction of the different types of and corresponding mind-sets needed for engineering models. To make it more tangible, concrete examples will support the description of the technical model design process.
