STARS EU Staff Week
09:00–16:00
Focus: Understanding student needs and strengthening engagement in virtual mobility
The first day is dedicated to building a shared understanding and creating a common foundation for the week. Participants will explore the connections between mobility, teaching and digitalisation, with a strong focus on the student perspective. Special attention is given to how virtual mobility formats can be designed and communicated to better reach and engage students.
09:00–14:00
Focus: Digitalisation, application processes and recognition of mobility
The second day focuses on how digital tools, application procedures, and marketing can be used more effectively to support mobility. The aim is to identify structural barriers, improve usability and strengthen recognition processes across the alliance.
09:00–15:30
Focus: Organisational challenges, implementation and structural anchoring
The third day focuses on identifying and addressing existing organisational and structural barriers that affect the implementation of mobility and virtual formats across the alliance. Participants will first develop a shared understanding of these underlying challenges and framework conditions.
Building on this, the key insights from the previous two days will be consolidated and reflected upon. Based on this joint understanding, participants will prioritise solutions, test their feasibility and define concrete first steps for implementation and structural anchoring within the alliance.
