Customer Orientation

Guiding Principles
We consider the recipients of our services as customers who have the right to competent, rapid and friendly service. We make available information about our services and how to access them, and provide assistance in using them. We approach our work on a case-by-case basis, employing resources from different departments in order to achieve the desired results. We are conscious of our position within the Bremen University of Applied Sciences system. We monitor processes so as to quickly and completely gain insight into how situations are developing. We ensure that our services meet our customers’ expectations.
