During the first two terms theoretical and practical basics of computer science will be taught. The majority of the lectures contain practical exercises which take place in our laboratories. All of these lectures are taught monoeducational.

The third and fourth semester are focused on concepts of computer science which are of fundamental importance for the conception and implementation of software systems. The possibility to choose one lecture from the range of elective subject of the whole department of computer science exists for each of both semesters. These subjects will be taught coeducational, meaning for a group of students from different degree courses which are not necessarily only women.

For the fifth semester our students will do a semester abroad at a university of a European or non-European country. To pass the semester the students have to pass at least three lectures at their guest university. After their return the students have the possibility to specialize their studies within doing projects and further elective subjects during the sixth semester.

The seventh and final semester starts with an internship lasting several weeks. Thereon ensues the bachelor thesis, the final paper for the students.
