Architecture is offered at the School of Architecture at Bremen University of Applied Sciences as a consecutive study programme consisting of the following courses of study:• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Master’s Degree in Architecture / Environmental Design
The degree in Architecture at the School of Architecture Bremen orientates itself around the professional duties of an architect and thereby strives towards the goal of providing a path for the student into the multi-facetted world of architectural creation.
Master’s Degree in Architecture / Environmental Design The Master’s Degree in Architecture/Environmental Design is oriented around the occupational duties in the areas of planning, design and architecture and develops scientific association, creative, spatial/plastic and technical/constructive design and at the same time develops the flow of thought, reflex capability and the ability to develop one’s own points of view and concepts. With this goal, the course achieves the world-renowned standards of the GATT Treaty.
The Master’s Degree thereby follows contextual guidelines of Bremen, which takes a close look at the context of Architecture. In this way, social associations, influences and conditions are ordered, interpreted and graded, through exemplary projects on specific topics, in order to aid decisions and offer conceptual suggestions.
