Important information about the Applications' Portal:

1. Registration

Information for foreign nationals possessing university entry qualifications:

If you wish to apply for a Bachelor's or Master's degree study course
--> please submit your application to uni-assist. You can only apply for a Bachelor degree study course in the winter semester.

2. Safe-keep your access data
Please keep your access data (user name and password) to the Applicants' Portal in a safe place. You will need them to log in to the portal again, for example, if you want to enter changes, inform yourself about the status of your application, or print out your Notification of Acceptance or Non-Acceptance.
3. How to make changes in your application in the Online Portal
You may change your application in the Portal within the application period (apply for another study course, correct entry mistakes, etc.).

4. When must I send application form and the requested documents to
     Bremen University of Applied Sciences?

- Applicants who are advanced students (applying for a higher semester)
and
- Applicants for a master´s degree study course
must send us the application form and the requested documents before the application period has expired (see above).

- First-year students
must send us the application form and the requested documents after reception of the Notification of Acceptance.

5. Taking part in the admissions procedure
You will be entitled to take part in the admissions procedure only after you have "handed in" your online application for a study course.
6. Admissions procedure
Admission procedures will be initiated:
for the summer semester: starting end January/February
for the winter semester: starting mid July/September
7. Dispatch of notifications –-> ONLINE
You will receive an e-mail message informing you that your status has changed. You will receive your Notification of Acceptance or Non-Acceptance as a pdf-file you can download from our Applicants´Portal.
8. Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance
Your notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be lodged in the Portal.You will require your user identification data again (user name and password) for this purpose.

9. Your acceptance of approved admission!

You are obliged to bindingly confirm your acceptance of your approved admission to Bremen University of Applied Sciences within a period of approx. 7 days and enroll. For periods and documents to be submitted please refer to your notification of acceptance and the information for first-year students (available at www.erstinfo.hsbremen.de).
