Students are provided with a broad overview on organizational behavior. Possible approaches from the individual, group and organizational level are subject to study.
This includes a.o. personality, diversity, attribution, learning, motivation, rewards, performance management, team performance, leadership theories, decision making, communication, organizational culture and structure as well as strategic capabilities of organizations.
The course takes place online. Combination of live sessions in ZOOM with lectures, group work, discussions + material on learning platform AULIS.
The course addresses primarily international students from all faculties (Bachelor and Master), but other students are welcome.
The course enables students to analyze and assess organizational behavior and to identify crucial points for improving an organization’s effectiveness related to psycho-social and structural aspects.
