Entry Requirements
• Proof of artistic qualification by submitting an exemplary student research paper / portfolio (to be submitted with the application documents, maximum DIN A2 - not larger).
• a university degree in architecture or a comparable degree programme with a minimum of 180 ECTS points and an average grade of at least 2.5 in the Bachelor's or Diplom degree (ECTS - Grade A-C).
• Submission of meaningful information about the course of studies of the first degree qualifying for a profession, as a rule by the Transcript of Records (current performance record) as well as the Diploma Supplement, unless it is a course of studies of the Bremen University of Applied Sciences.
• The grade of the final thesis of the Bachelor's or Diploma degree in first degree must be at least 3.0.
• Proof of at least 10 weeks of qualified professional practice, which must be completed at the beginning of the Master's thesis. Students are recommended to complete a one-year practical phase before starting the Master's programme.
• Applicants with an average grade of 2.6 to 2.8 (Bachelor's or Diploma) require at least 9 months of qualified professional practice for admission.

Supplementary admission requirements:
• Applicants with an average grade of 2.6 to 2.8 (Bachelor's or Diploma) must prove at least 9 months of qualified professional practice* before admission.
• With a grade of 3.3 in the final thesis of the first degree course, the final thesis is evaluated 0.3 better by at least 9 months of qualified professional practice*.
(*Professional practice is qualified if it was carried out after the first professional qualification and at its field and level).
