Jour Fixe group
Many sponsors who have been involved since the very beginning and many of the course's founding fathers still offer the course the benefit of their advice and support by taking part in regular Jour Fixe meetings and an annual workshop.
The Jour Fixe Group comprises representatives from the retail trade, the Retailers’ Association and Bremen Chamber of Commerce as well as those responsible for the course at Bremen University of Applied Sciences, the semester representative concerned and a number of course graduates. The working group aims to continuously improve the course, make it future oriented and ensure its practical relevance. The emphasis is on discussion and the exchange of information between the various groups of participants. Suggestions made by the working group are passed on to the students via the semester representative and the course management.
The Jour Fixe Group holds a workshop at Schloss Etelsen country house every year on the first weekend in May.
