MES Conference in 2012
MES has received funds from the EU/ Jean Monnet to hold a conference on "After graduation: career opportunities for European Studies Graduates" in spring 2012. More info to follow.
The aim of the project is
- To offer career guidance to graduates by providing insights into job options and discussing career opportunities with practitioners, including PhD and research.
- To identify the skills, competences and educational requirements necessary for these positions and to discuss the implications for European studies curricula, raise the question of employability, foster a dialogue between all stakeholders and help universities to equip students for the job market so that they can reach their full potential.
- To promote interest in the field of European Studies by highlighting its job potentials and thus generate further interest in European affairs.
