In 2011 the University of Applied Sciences Bremen was again represented at the ITB, this time with the motto "Study Diversity – Become an Expert"
The ITB in Berlin is the world’s largest travel trade show with more than 11,000 exhibitors from over 180 countries. This is why the degree courses in tourism and leisure offered by the University of Applied Sciences Bremen must also be represented.
In 2011 the University was therefore again represented by two international courses - Applied Leisure Studies and Tourism Management.
Just like last year, the students could participate in the form of a Learners’ Company and were therefore also given a grade for their work. The students were assisted by Prof. Dr. Hartmann (ISAF) and Claudia Freimuth (ISTM).
The emphasis was on presenting the University of Applied Sciences Bremen as an attractive place to study because of its internationality, variety of courses offered and unmistakable practical orientation.
