ISMO puts a particular emphasis on practicums in modern equipped laboratories and on project-related courses and lectures in order to convey the work techniques of the actual professional workday already during the course of study. In addition great value is placed on the acquisition of social competencies, which is supported by the nature of the courses and lectures and by specific courses such as, for example, that in team building. Also an integral part of the programme are languages as well as the foundations of business management and the social sciences.
