International Component
The International programme in Imaging Physics with its compulsory semester of studies abroad integrated in the study process as well as with its courses and lectures in the major being offered in English is by definition internationally oriented.The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics has for many years now maintained intensive contacts with universities abroad.
In addition, precisely those university lecturers affiliated with the international programme in Imaging Physics possess numerous national and international contacts with universities, research institutes and industrial enterprises.
The modular structure of the programme, the awarding of achievement points in accordance with ECTS and the conferring of the Anglo-Saxon degree of Bachelor of Science meet international standards. By this means, in addition to the opportunity that graduates of the International programme in Imaging Physics have to obtain a Master's degree at foreign universities, the attractiveness of the programme to foreign students is considerably enhanced as well.
