Relevance to Practice
One of the things which makes the ESWV course so successful is its practical orientation. All instructors have practical experience in public administration and in companies. Some of the teaching is supplemented with lectures by senior level practitioners.
The knowledge which the students acquire in the first four semesters is applied and extended in the internship and period of study abroad which then follow (5th and 6th semesters). ESWV also cultivates intensive contact to its alumni, and so each year students can obtain first-hand experience of the career paths which graduates of the course have been able to pursue.
