Measures

Concrete measures were distilled from the content of the areas of activity and further developed, and are currently being implemented in the Sections and Administrative Departments at the Bremen University of Applied Sciences. Because this resulted in a very comprehensive catalogue of measures, all of which have been implemented to varying degrees, only several measures have been presented here as examples. Information regarding the current status of all measures can be obtained from the members of the working group, who will be pleased to receive any support and suggestions regarding the development and implementation of these measures. – We will only be able to find the right path into the future by working together.
Mission
Determination of customer needs and expectations is accomplished by way of customer questionnaires, results analysis, evaluations and bodies charged with providing suggestions. A working group will respond to suggestions.
Customer Orientation
We aim to make our services conveniently accessible to customers by offering hours of operation that are as consistent and appropriate as possible.
Efficiency
The new budgeting system, which is based on goal realisation agreements, is designed to increase personal responsibility thereby guaranteeing a more economical use of available resources.
Staff Orientation
Specific educational measures are designed to promote professional continued education and acquisition of know-how, particularly in the IT area.
