Guiding Principles
In our role as administrative component of a modern university, we employ appropriate means to develop our own profile, in order to successfully compete for students and financing in the academic field. – We will fulfill our responsibilities as defined by law and orient ourselves to meeting our customers’ needs. – As a service provider, we are equally able to achieve the goals of our University and feel responsible for their realisation. – We support the creation and further development of an administrative and service provider structure oriented towards the customer and high standards of quality. – We are open to modified task assignments and structures. – We collectively determine our processes and make these available transparently. – We actively contribute to a unified presentation of image externally. – Our staff members are prepared to be continually informed and to act responsibly. – We communicate and investigate the needs and expectations of our customers on an on-going basis. – Our customers are always able to contact us. – We can be reached by many means of communication, in order to fulfill our responsibility to provide the customer with information. – We maintain relationships with public authorities and bodies. – We guarantee to collaborate as partners with customers in order to reach their goals.
