Anmerkung
This work presents results of the experimental investigation of natural convective heat transfer of water-Al2O3 and glycol-Al2O3 nanofluid from horizontal tube. Nanofluids, i.e. mixtures of a base fluid and nanoparticles with a typical size smaller than 100 nm, are a new generation of coolants in single- and two phase systems. Nanofluids and nanocomposites may be also used as heat transfer media in a thermal energy storage (TES) in such systems as sensible heat storage (SHS) or phase change materials (PCM).
